DAYTON-Thanksgiving break has treated us all very well this year. The high schoolers had a long break from school to enjoy Thanksgiving, preparations for the upcoming basketball season, and a wonderful Christmas kickoff. DAYTON–High school had a relieving break last week as conference time came around. With a four-day weekend, and two early release days, the week seemed to go by like a breeze. DAYTON-The local FFA has had a very exciting past week. The soils team placed ninth at the Whitman County Land Evaluation (CDE) near Steptoe Butte, and had an eventful road trip up. DAYTON–Homecoming Week has come and gone. What fun we had all week long and into the weekend. The early part of the week has been eventful, full of energy and school spirit. DAYTON–Victory is in the air for the Dayton-Waitsburg (DW) Volleyball girls. The Junior Varsity (JV), and Varsity teams won their games against Liberty Christian on Thursday night; the Varsity winning with four of three sets, and JV winning all three.
