DAYTON-A break-in and burglary of carpentry equipment, tools and paint occurred at the City Lumber & Coal Yard sometime during the night October 16 and the morning of October 17. Employee T.J. WASHINGTON, D.C.– Self-response and field-data-collection operations for the 2020 Census will conclude on October 15, 2020, the U.S. Census Bureau announced October 13. As of that date, well over 99.9% of housing units have been accounted for in the 2020 Census. Annual property tax collection is split into two payments, with due dates at the end of April and October 31.
