    DAYTON–All things considered, the 2020 Brix & Brew Fundraiser was a success for the Chamber of Commerce. The event, which is usually held in March but was postponed due to the coronavirus, enjoyed ticket sales over 90, and the live and silent auctions, held virtually, involved some 30-35 participants out of about 120 bidders, according to Molly Weatherill-Tate, Chamber Manager.     DAYTON–Columbia County's COVID-19 count stands at six positives as of November 2, 2020. There have been 15 individuals infected and recovered, according to the Columbia County Public Health Department. Some 928 people have been tested, with 885 returning with negative results. There are 13 cases pending. The county has had one person die with the coronavirus.
