The Dayton Eagles Auxiliary No. 2618 presented the funds raised at this year's Jimmy Durante Day event to Columbia County Extension Agent Paul Carter and 4-H Coordinator Donna Hanger recently. The annual fundraiser garnered $3,670, which will go to the Columbia County 4-H Endowment through the Blue Mountain Community Foundation. When used, the money will specifically contribute to 4-H membership fees and excess funds will go to the 4-H Camp Scholarship Fund.
