DAYTON–COVID-10 restrictions and risks have prompted the Dayton High School Alumni Association to forgo, for a second year in a row, its annual Alumni Weekend in July, according to Alumni President Shannon Turner.
There will be no parade, nor will the association hold its annual meeting at the Historic Dayton Depot, Turner said.
Classes celebrating landmark years are not discouraged from organizing and holding reunion get-togethers, the Association announced.
"We hope to proceed as normal in July of 2022," Turner said.
The decisions were made when Alumni Association officers met Thursday, March 25.
