DAYTON–Foodstock 2022 will be held at Blue Mountain Station on Saturday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Foodstock 2022 includes rock painting, making tie-dye shirts, splashing down a water slide, and browsing the wares of area artists and crafters. Live music will feature regional musicians and groups, including Boe Stevenson, Gary Winston & the Real Deal, and Calico Bones.
In addition to food specials at the Co-op Market at Blue Mountain Station, food trucks and vendors will be on-site, offering burgers, hotdogs, BBQ, ice cream sandwiches and more. Wine, mead and premium liqueur tasting will also be available.
During the day, several drawings will be held with giveaways to the winners.
“This year’s event is shaping up to be a great one,” says Jennie Dickinson, Executive Director of the Port of Columbia. “Foodstock is a fun event with a carefree spirit. It happens in a beautiful rural setting on a warm summer day with family-friendly activities and easy access to great music, great vendors, and specialty food and drinks.”
Admission is free to the family-friendly event.
