The 2024 Homecoming King and Queen were announced at the football field, with seniors Queen Dakotah Griffen and King Duane Moore, in red jerseys right center, crowned as royalty. From left, Freshman representatives Hunter Griffen and Georgia Reser; Sophomore representatives Raymond Yutzy and Lucy Trump; Junior representatives Carson Potter and Gloree Grace, King Duane Moore and Queen Dakotah Griffen; Senior representatives Brody Carrigan, Kinsey Fuller, Balian Walter and Peyton Dobbs.

DAYTON–The news that Dayton's Homecoming football opponent wouldn't be coming came just as the Homecoming Assembly was underway. Administrators and A.S.B. adapted to the situation and replaced the football game with two quarters of intra-class flag football, a Punt, Pass and Kick competition, and plenty of spirit from all the participants and a faithful throng in the bleachers.
