DAYTON–The Lady Bulldogs hosted Tekoa-Rosalia and took the match in four sets; 18-25, 25-20, 25-19, 26-24. The Lady Dawgs are 4-8 overall.
"We had an incredible team effort," said Head Coach Des Jones. "It was awesome to see the girls find their confidence and play tough for every point."
Earlier this week, Dayton visited Pomeroy and will continue a three-match road trip to Columbia-Burbank on Oct. 16 and at LaCrosse against SJEL Oct. 17. The final two matches are at home against Oakesdale on Oct. 22 and Senior Night Oct. 24 versus the Waitsburg Lady Cardinals.
Sophomore outside hitter Peyton Benavides had eight kills, Layla Booth had six assists, and Peyton Dobbs led the team in digs.
Gar-Pal waltzed away with a 3-0 win against Dayton on Thursday, Oct. 10.
