Bulldog wrestles at Pasco

PASCO–The "Best of the West" tournament here last weekend included Bulldog wrestler Hunter Griffen.

In the 215 lb. class, Griffen opened against Brody Kitchen of Newberg, and was pinned at 1:41, knocking him into the consolation bracket.

The Dayton freshman made quick work of Trell Miles of River View, notching the win in :44.

But in the next tier, Griffen faced Rafael Gutierrez of Nyssa, Ore., losing by fall at 1:29.
